This website, vialan.com.ua ("Vialan", "we", "us"), is operated by Semenov Ruslan Oleksiiovych, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, ЄДРПОУ (registration number) 2856007437.

What data we collect
We do not require account registration, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
How contact form data is handled
The contact form is powered by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit the form, your name, email, and message are sent through Formspree's infrastructure and delivered to our inbox. We do not store submissions in a database of our own — Formspree is the only processor involved, and their handling of that data is governed by Formspree's own privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact form data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form voluntarily). We keep messages in our inbox only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and delete them once they're no longer needed. Formspree's retention of submission data is governed separately by their own policy.
Your rights
Regardless of where you're writing from, you can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you,
- correct or delete that data,
- restrict or object to how we use it,
- receive a copy of it in a portable format.
Email privacy@vialan.com.ua and we'll respond. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
