Custom management platform built in 2004 — client balance tracking, automatic discounts, PC maintenance logs, and new game/software releases published to a phpBB community portal. Self-hosted on FreeBSD with dedicated game servers and a private LAN — set up and administered in-house.

Desktop + web rental management system for tracking physical and digital software copies. Barcode printing for products, scanner-based check-in/check-out, automatic client and website updates, and discount accrual. Built as an add-on to the computer club platform.

Web platform for managing auto service and car painting shops. Online booking without a phone call, work and materials cost calculator, and service order tracking. Clients could reserve a time slot directly from the website.

Internal web system for a small restaurant chain. Procurement tracking, asset depreciation, and inventory accounting across multiple locations.

Mutual settlements platform for IT service companies. Computer and printer maintenance billing, equipment procurement tracking, real-time balance access for employees and clients. Automated reports, invoices, and reconciliation acts.

E-commerce site for a pool retailer. Cost calculator and 3D pool viewer built with Three.js — inspect any model from any angle. Automated product data import from a third-party supplier database.

AI-powered event management platform for trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences — used by organizers worldwide. Joined as Frontend Engineer, grew to Staff level over 6 years. Led frontend architecture: Next.js App Router migration, multi-tenant SSR, i18n, custom auth, and E2E testing with Playwright. Built interactive floor plan editor with Three.js and real-time features (video conferencing, chat, voting) over WebSockets.

All-in-one CRM for independent car dealerships. Vehicle inventory, lead pipeline with follow-ups, deal tracking, and document generation. Multi-user roles, Telegram notifications, and Instagram & Facebook integration.
